Redbank Plains Road, Bellbird Park

 This project gained approval for the Samoan Seventh Day Adventist Community. The project incorporates water sensitive urban design principles. The project included an indoor sporting facility.

 

Lemke street, Taigum

Our firm has recently obtained approval for the new main temple for Brisbane's northside Sikn community.

The project has incorporated a grand ceremonial central promenade to segregate pedestrians from parking areas. Other features include a rear recreation area for games, a community garden and community library

 

 

Monterea Town, Ripley Valley (Ipswich)

This proposal is for Development Approval for Reconfiguration of Allotments, and associated Plans of Development (currently being finalised), for the Ripley Land Holdings site into 421 residential allotments. Some of the larger allotments (marked on the proposal plan) will be for duplexes or townhouses. The proposal includes a multi-use town centre, park and a green corridor through the existing gully line. All of these parcels of land are currently zoned ‘Future Urban’ under the Ipswich Planning Scheme.

 

1 Casuarina Road, South Maclean (Logan)

This project was Master Planned in conjunction with VIDA Design. It includes a new temple, caretakers dwelling, sport and recreation facilities, community garden and ceremonial area. The project incorporates our community planning philosophy in various aspects of the design.
